Vera Tomaj, the heart and soul behind Vee & Elle, brings over 18 years of expertise to the hair industry. Her career spans runway shows, music videos, and styling for local celebrities, showcasing her creativity and skill. 


Vera specializes in lived-in color and customized haircuts tailored to each client’s face shape, hair texture, and personal style. A proud daughter of immigrants and a working mother of two, Vera understands the value of hard work and connection. More than just a stylist, she’s deeply committed to her clients, ensuring they leave not only looking beautiful but also feeling confident and cared for. At Vee & Elle, Vera creates an uplifting, one-of-a-kind experience for everyone who sits in her chair.

Hairstylist & Colorist


Born and raised in Westchester, NY, RoseAnna Serrano is a detail-oriented and passionate hairstylist who began her career as an assistant at just 15 years old. She honed her skills in top Westchester salons before spending 7 years in downtown Manhattan, where she trained extensively with L’Oréal Professional stylists.


RoseAnna specializes in lived-in, textured haircuts tailored to each client’s hair type and texture. She’s also known for her expertise in creating stunning color transformations through foilyage and highlights. Whether it’s an effortless everyday look or a special occasion style, RoseAnna’s attention to detail and commitment to understanding her clients’ vision ensures an exceptional experience every time.


Dedicated to continuous education, RoseAnna stays current with the latest trends and techniques, always striving to deliver the best possible results. With her background at Butterfly Studio Salon in the Flatiron District and her years of experience in NYC, RoseAnna brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to Vee & Elle.

Junior Hairstylist

Shea is a junior stylist at Vee & Elle with a genuine passion for cutting and coloring. She specializes in weft and tape-in extensions, focusing on thoughtful, customized results that enhance each client’s natural beauty. Known for her positive energy and joyful presence in the salon, Shea is deeply committed to continued education and refining her craft, always eager to grow and evolve within the industry.
